Position Summary

Responsible for digital marketing efforts related to implementation and on-going maintenance of the WebSphere platform for e-business. Provides support for the processes used to implement and/or maintain data and procedures.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
* Testing
o Ability to create a test plan to thoroughly test all aspects of the website
o Execute test plan and track progress
o Assist in the design and implementation of a defect management tracking process
* Requirement Identification (Design)
o Ability to perform WebSphere data maintenance tasks such as the following: Making edits to product content, attributes, attribute values, short/long description, images, literature links, CAD file links, etc.
o Implementing new features like Cross/Up-Sell, Product Associations, etc.
o Adding/removing product series from taxonomy nodes
o Leverage and maintenance of an Operational Guide to be used to maintain product content within divisions
o Educate teams on WebSphere features we should be using today
o Ability to author clear, concise, unambiguous design specifications for technical team members and/or business focused team members to consume
o Train team members on activities in an attempt to train, mentor, and transfer knowledge
* Project Management / Roll-Out Procedures
o Help develop a prioritized list of issues/tasks to provide to Corporate e-Business / Information Technology
o Provide status reports/presentations of assigned tasks on a regular cadence
o Generate status report for simple projects to identify accomplishments, tasks in progress, issues, risks, status of major tasks, by divisions or logical groups
o Global responsibilities

Qualifications
* 4 year undergraduate degree required in technical field, engineering, or business
* 5-7 years of experience working with WebSphere administration functions
* 5-7 years of experience in rolling out processes/procedures in an e-Business environment to a global team
* Ability to author a functional design specification document that can be comprehended by business team members and technical team members to effectively communicate design considerations in an e-Business environment
* Demonstrated strong communication skills and experience in partnering with marketing teams in a matrixed organization; demonstrated ability with working with cross functional groups
* Demonstrated strong analytic skills and ability to produce example test plans demonstrating ability to test whether system features meet expected results
* Ability to contribute to fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment
* Willingness to travel 20% of time, including global locations

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule

Competitive Compensation

  • Pay Range: $100300 to $159400 annually
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
