Job Summary:

In this highly autonomous, relationship-driven role, you'll partner with hospice and home care providers, driving referral growth through strategic outreach, market insight, and meaningful collaboration. You'll lead initiatives from concept to execution-blending analytics, marketing, and relationship management to position Allina Hospice as the preferred partner in every community we serve. Key Position Details:

  • Position will mainly support Allina Hospice Care, but may expand to support Home Care and Palliative Care departments as well.
  • Work will be based from home, with expectations to regularly visit other facilities. Applicants must be able to travel to all Allina locations and partner facilities.

Job Description:

Analyzes data to guide strategic decision-making. Will help grow business by interacting with leaders to better understand needs in order to develop and execute initiatives. May oversee professional and community education events as well as the design of marketing and patient educational materials.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Assesses data to create and implement initiatives to grow business.
    • Analyzes data to guide strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborates with departments to identify opportunities for additional revenue, increase referrals, and promote services.
    • Develops plans to execute initiatives.
    • Evaluates initiatives meet customer needs.
    • Cultivates and maintains customer relationships.
    • Provides market assessments.
    • May price and negotiate contractual relationships.
  • Manages resources to promote initiatives.
    • Partners with marketing on the creation and design of patient education materials.
    • Collaborates with communications and public relations to promote services.
    • Coordinates and oversees professional and community educational events.
    • May maintain department website.
    • May develop and manage facility contracts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, healthcare, marketing, or related field
  • 2 to 5 years in health care, sales, business management, or related field
  • 2 to 5 years of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of clinical or operational experience

Pay Range

Pay Range: $38.52 to $52.80 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
