Scheduling Clerk C - DP0003 - Belgravia (Days)

Pay Range: $18.50 - $21.80 per hour

• Schedule production lines according to instruction by the Production Supervisors.
• Responsible for scheduling accordingly, inform supervisor of expected rates and or grades are not being met as scheduled, or make adjustments as instructed.
• Document downtime as it occurs on all production lines. Will be required to run histograms and various other reports as directed by management.
• Notify supervision of any alarms or notifications that the system gives when there are mechanical issues.
• Responsible for checking system performance and alert management if anomalies or expectation
• Set up daily schedule, adjust the schedule, and consistently check that all product rates are being met.
• Analyze data and run histograms.
• Record and document all downtime associated with the Foodmate lines.
• Run Reports at the end of the shift and distribute on a daily basis.
• Check the physical foodmate system and ensure that it is working properly.
• Correlate with Foodmate Machine Attendants to ensure that changes in product mix take place accordingly.
• Properly and promptly input data transactions into computer database.
• Maintain reports and production paperwork in an organized manner.

• Must be a High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have good mechanical knowledge
• Must have good interpersonal skill
• Must have verbal, written and communications skills.
• Prior computer experience/data entry is preferred (OP/WMS)
• Knowledge of MS Windows (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Ability to create reports and translate data
• Must be Available to travel to attend training as required
