Job Description Job Title: Senior Project Manager Locations: Jacksonville, FL, Chicago, IL, Boston, MA | Hybrid About the Role SS&C Advent delivers financial technology solutions and services to financial services clients in the asset management, wealth management, and alternative investment space around the globe. As SS&C Advent Senior Project Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of software implementation projects for SS&C clients. You will be fully accountable for project scope, resource allocation, milestone achievement, and cost management. Leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies, you will ensure that business requirements are met and proactively address any deviations from the project plan related to scope, resources, schedule, or budget. This role requires collaboration with multiple internal teams and external clients to deliver high-quality solutions. The Senior Project Manager is expected to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the organization's best practices. Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Other States expected base salary for the position is between 150,000 USD to 170,000 USD. Illinois: The expected base salary for the position is between 150,000 USD to 170,000 USD. Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between 150,000 USD to 170,000 USD. In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
