A Part-Time 40% FTE Laboratory Science Professional position is available for an independent and motivated individual to study the molecular basis of heart failure in the group of Timothy McKinsey, PhD (Department of Medicine/Division of Cardiology, University of Colorado Denver - Anschutz Medical Campus). The group utilizes molecular biological, biochemical and physiological assays to determine the root cause of heart disease. This position focuses in particular on wet lab research with material from cells and tissues. In addition, we have strong interest in preclinical research by connecting our basic science discoveries with human medicine. Qualifications: |

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE: $20,000 - $24,000 at 40% FTE The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
