Work Schedule: 20% FTE, Days. You will usually work 1 full or 2 half days per week between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. You'll provide in-person and virtual care. Capacity to expand as needed to other regional care services areas. You will work at UW Health's Pediatric Gastroenterology Clinic at Prevea Allouez Health Center in Green Bay, WI. We are seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to:
- Serve as the patient's nutrition advocate.
- Provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to patients of varying acuity levels including management of enteral nutrition initiation and advancement, per the nutrition related protocols.
- Maintain professional competency and skills required for professional practice.
Education: Minimum - Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field Preferred - Master's Degree in Nutrition or related field Work Experience: Minimum - One (1) year of clinical and nutrition related experience Preferred - Two (2) years of clinical and nutrition related experience Licenses and Certifications: Minimum -
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist as delineated by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Certification/Licensure as required by the State of Wisconsin
- Illinois Licensed Dietetic Nutritionist credential for interstate practice as required by the State of Illinois for RDNs in the ambulatory setting within 3 months of employment
Preferred -
- Certified specialist as required for the position or ability to complete within the first two years of employment
- Maintain CPR certification
