ABOUT THE ROLE The Marketing Operations Coordinator is a vital hub within the SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands team-connecting Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Operations to bring ideas to life with precision and speed. Based in San Francisco and reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this role plays a critical part in driving alignment, fueling momentum, and ensuring flawless execution across a dynamic portfolio of initiatives. From packaging innovation to digital and in-store experiences, this individual orchestrates workflows, keeps cross-functional teams in sync, and maintains clear visibility across timelines, milestones, and deliverables. With a strong eye for detail and a passion for organization, they enable teams to move faster, smarter, and more collaboratively.
