What You'll Do: The Grants Associate is responsible for performing due diligence and ensuring the timely approval and payment of domestic and international grants recommended by NPT's donors. This is accomplished through researching and validating grantees and grants, reporting on grants made through the various databases, and ensuring that we are compliant in our grant-making practices. The Grants Associate will be assigned grants daily and must accurately track the status of their pending grants. Salary: $55,000 plus 8.4% annual discretionary bonus. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply; compensation based on experience and internal equity. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence Tuesday-Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Duties and Responsibilities:
