Description Typical task breakdown: -The candidate will work with project teams daily on planning transformation projects along with other PMs/Scrum Masters to plan, execute and communicate project status. -Provide operational project leadership support for current initiatives that require formal project structure and governance. Interaction with team: -Stretch across multiple teams (both IT and business) throughout the building. Position's Contributions to Work Group: -An extensive knowledge about (client) business and processes, and comprehensive understanding of the IT organization(s), procedures/processes associated delivering technical solutions that result in robust solutions capable of achieving the expected business outcomes. -Should have strong program and project management, communication, change management, analytical and organizational leadership skills. -Experience leading and facilitating multiple complex programs/projects that involved cross-functional teams comprised of IT staff and business unit personnel. -Prior experience developing project charters, project plans, budgets, program/project status reports, IT Governance and Controls, and facilitating stakeholder and sponsor updates.
