*IT Finance (Treasury) Project Manager* *Job Summary* We are seeking an experienced *Project Manager with strong expertise in Treasury and Finance systems* to lead cross-functional initiatives supporting financial transformation, treasury operations, and technology enablement. This role partners closely with Finance, Treasury, and IT stakeholders to define requirements, design future-state processes, and ensure successful delivery of system and process improvements.
*Key Responsibilities* * Lead end-to-end delivery of *Treasury and Finance IT projects*, including system implementations, upgrades, and process optimization initiatives * Partner with *Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams* to gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements * Support development of *Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)* and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions * Provide expertise on *current (AS-IS) treasury and finance processes*, including documentation of local processes and regulatory requirements * Design and document *future-state (TO-BE) processes* to support system enhancements and transformation initiatives * Drive implementation and enhancement of *Treasury Management Systems (TMS)* (e.g., Kyriba, SAP Treasury, FIS, or similar) * Support integration efforts between treasury systems, *ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)*, and banking partners * Lead and coordinate *System Integration Testing (SIT)* in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring successful validation of system functionality and integrations * Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and consultants * Establish and maintain *project governance, reporting, and communication plans* * Identify opportunities for *process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency* * Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and financial governance standards * Support change management, training, and adoption of new systems and processes *Required Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in *Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field* * 5+ years of experience in *Project Management within Treasury, Finance, or Financial Systems* * Hands-on experience with *Treasury Management Systems (TMS)* and/or ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.) * Strong understanding of *treasury operations*: cash management, liquidity, payments, bank connectivity, FX, and risk management * Proven experience in *business requirements gathering, process documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE), and BRD development* * Experience leading or supporting *System Integration Testing (SIT)* cycles * Experience with *project management methodologies* (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills *Preferred Qualifications* * PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certification * Experience with *financial system implementations or transformations* * Knowledge of *banking connectivity (SWIFT, APIs, host-to-host)* * Experience working in a *global, matrixed organization* * Exposure to data analytics, automation tools, or reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) *Key Skills & Competencies* * Project leadership and execution * Business analysis and process design (AS-IS / TO-BE) * Strong financial and technical acumen * Stakeholder engagement and influence * Risk management and decision-making * Attention to detail in documentation and testing cycles * Adaptability in fast-paced environments *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
