Description * 3-5 years of experience * Salesforce Administrator Certification required * Execute daily updates to member and chapter records in Salesforce (e.g., status changes, contact updates, affiliations) * Troubleshoot user issues related to access, data errors, and system functionality * Review and import chapter roster uploads, resolving formatting or data inconsistencies * Maintain chapter master records, including activating/deactivating chapters and updating leadership roles * Support configuration changes such as workflows, field updates, and basic system enhancements * Process membership transactions, including renewals, cancellations, and profile updates * Identify and resolve issues related to failed payments, duplicate records, and incorrect member statuses * Monitor and manage automated membership communications (renewal notices, reminders, confirmations) * Partner with finance to reconcile payment discrepancies, refunds, and chargebacks * Perform regular audits of membership data to identify gaps, duplicates, or inaccuracies * Clean and manipulate large datasets using Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) * Generate recurring reports (membership counts, renewals, chapter performance) * Handle ad hoc data requests from internal stakeholders with quick turnaround * Serve as primary support contact for chapter leaders regarding roster submissions and billing questions * Conduct outreach to confirm chapter officer data and billing contacts are current * Train staff and chapter users on data entry standards and system usage * Document current workflows for data entry, uploads, and reporting * Identify inefficiencies in data handling and recommend process improvements * Support system testing during upgrades or new feature rollouts Skills database management, salesforce administration, salesforce crm, data reconciliation, Data analysis, Fonteva, association management database Top Skills Details database management,salesforce administration,salesforce crm,data reconciliation,Data analysis Additional Skills & Qualifications -Bachelors Degree -Salesforce Administrator Certification required Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, DC.
