*Description*
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager ato lead a highvisibility program within the CFO organization's hedging group. The core mission is to build and mature a financial data repository that enables application of metrics and modeling for hedging strategies and analytics. The most critical background is financial data project experience (e.g., valuation/hedging data ingestion, transformation, lineage, controls, reporting). Financial Valuation experience is a nicetohave, not required. This is a hybrid role and the onsite requirement will be fluid-the major IT stakeholder for this program is based in Philadelphia, and the PM must be able to meet onsite with him as needed to drive execution, unblock decisions, and align stakeholders. Responsibilities: The Project Manager will lead the endtoend delivery of a financial data repository that supports hedging analytics, financial modeling inputs, and key performance metrics for the CIO organization's hedging group. This individual will manage the delivery roadmap, sprint plans, scope, dependencies, and critical path across complex data and technology workstreams. Acting as both an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master, the PM will run all Agile ceremonies-including planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives-while owning backlog management and ensuring stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization remain aligned with business and technology partners. A significant portion of the role involves coordinating data workstreams, including data discovery, ingestion, transformation, lineage, controls, reconciliation, and publication of data to downstream consumers. The PM will ensure financial and hedging stakeholders' use cases are clearly translated into actionable user stories and technical requirements. Close collaboration with the major IT stakeholder located in Philadelphia will be essential, requiring the PM to meet onsite when needed to drive decisions, align priorities, and resolve blockers. The PM will maintain meticulous oversight of risk, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery governance, including RAID logs, executive updates, and steering committee materials. They will lead working sessions across data engineering, architecture, QA/UAT, and analytics teams while coordinating closely with external offshore delivery partners to ensure clarity of requirements and highquality deliverables. Additionally, they will drive change management efforts such as stakeholder communications, documentation, training, and adoption planning to ensure successful rollout and sustained use of the new financial data capabilities. *Skills* Project management, Stakeholder management, Program management, Pmo *Top Skills Details* Project management,Stakeholder management,Program management,Pmo *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Qualifications Required - 8+ years of Project Management experience leading complex, crossfunctional data or technology initiatives in enterprise environments. - Financial data project experience (most important)-e.g., building/operating data repositories for finance, market/valuation data pipelines, hedging analytics inputs, - reconciliation and controls, reporting. - Agile PM/Scrum Master experience with handson sprint execution and backlog management (Jira proficiency required). - Proven ability to manage onshore/offshore teams and align crossfunctional stakeholders (finance, data/engineering, architecture, QA). - Excellent executive communication, structured problemsolving, and risk/issue management.
