What You'll Do:
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement through the production cycle to support forecasted demand
  • Define and track supplier performance metrics to ensure continuous supplier improvement and operational excellence
  • Support procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing process improvement initiatives including JIT, Kanban, and min/max strategies
  • Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to resolve complex material delivery and operational challenges
  • Represent supplier business management on cross-functional commodity teams to address supply chain risks and customer needs
  • Develop presentations, white papers, dashboards, and process flow documentation to support process improvement initiatives
  • Monitor supplier costs and support cost reduction and on-time delivery efforts
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing global factories and supplier commodities
  • 5+ years of supplier management and operational supply chain experience
  • 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience including macros, pivot tables, dashboards, and lookup/indexing functions
  • 3+ years of SAP or ERP systems experience
  • 3+ years of experience solving complex operational or supply chain challenges with scalable results
