Reporting to the Senior Director, Provider Network Operations, the Administrative Contract Manager maintains existing administrative agreements. Additionally, the Administrative Contract Manager communicates and ensures that a standardized process for accomplishing new administrative agreements and amendments to existing agreements follows. You will provide clarity to internal customers about required legal and regulatory provisions, process for execution, and interprets main terms for internal clients. You will also serve in the capacity of mentor. You will lead the knowledge base in the education, training, and ongoing oversight of other staff members. All non-provider agreements and related amendments, exhibits and attachments fall under the oversight of you. You will work with legal counsel and the Department of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure all NDA and BAA templates remain up -to-date and in compliance with current legal and regulatory standards. You will also call on the Provider Contracting team for support or together with enterprise project implementation that contains both Administrative and Provider contracting components. Please note that SFHP supports a hybrid work environment. While the Senior Administrative Contract Manager is not required to meet the minimum in-office requirement of 4x/month, they are required to attend company meetings and other in-person events at Sr. Director's discretion.
