Job Summary:
Join the College of Letters & Science (L&S) for an exciting new role as a Divisional Research Admin Manager. You'll have an opportunity to make a positive impact by providing general research admin and finance support and lead a team of research and finance administratorsassigned to L&S units. L&S has a new structure to address the needs of Workday and our units. Research admin (RA), HR, and finance are organized into Administrative Regional Teams (ARTs) that report centrally to L&S admin, while serving L&S departments and centers. This position will head the RA and finance staff in L&S ART 1. Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Research Services and as part of the Research Services team, the Divisional Research Admin Manager will include the following key functions:
Following an initial onboarding period, this position will have remote work flexibility up to 3 days per week and will work onsite a minimum of 2 days per week. Key Job Responsibilities:

Compensation:The expected salary range for this position is $72,000 up to $103,000 for highly experienced candidates. Actual pay within this range will depend on experience and qualifications.
