Job Summary:
As the ASM Accountant, you will play an important role in supporting the Associated Students of Madison (ASM) by managing finances for student-led initiatives. Your job will involve helping both staff and student organizations with budgeting and purchasing needs. You won't just focus on numbers; you'll also provide advice on financial matters, helping students understand rules and policies related to their funds. Your work will help streamline purchasing processes and ensure that all financial activities comply with the university's guidelines. As the ASM Accountant, you will have the following key responsibilities:
