Your Opportunity: Taylor Print Impressions is looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join the team in Byron, MN! You will play an important role in ensuring our customers are taken care of and the company is well represented!

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Hours:

  • Monday through Friday from 8a-5p
  • This role will be based out of our Byron, MN facility

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between Customer and Operations team, Sales Representative and Account Managers
  • Anticipate internal and external customers' needs whenever possible and respond quickly and accurately
  • Document and maintain SOP's as needed for accounts including processes between customer and operation center
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience and cost savings
  • Receive complaints from sales and/or customers and document details in operating system
  • Monitor inventory levels and report back to customer
  • Demonstrate flexibility in dealing with the personal and stylistic differences of internal and external customers
  • Partner with sales to build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide back-up coverage (via phone/email) in the Sales Representatives' absence
  • Actively practice and participate in Lean Culture

    You Must Have:

    • 2 years of previous customer service or customer support experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks
    • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
    • Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Flexible work schedule (ability to work overtime when needed)
    • High school education

    We Would Also Prefer:

    • Excellent problem solving, follow-up, and organizational skills
    • In-depth knowledge of the print or manufacturing industries
    • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of customer service such as price estimating, order processing, order editing

    The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20.00 - 23.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
