Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% and can be based out of any of Compeer's office locations.

The contributions you will make: We are seeking a market research and customer insights professional with hands-on Qualtricsexpertisewho has experience designing and managing survey research programs, client feedback initiatives, and insight reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on execution with strategic collaboration and can translate customer feedback and research findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and senior leadership. We are looking for a collaborative, solutions-oriented professional whodemonstratesinitiative and ownership, thinks critically to uncover insights and improve processes, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities. Our team values open dialogue, idea-sharing, and diverse perspectives, offering the opportunity to influence enterprise client satisfaction and NPS programs while contributing to both operational and strategic research initiatives across the organization.

A typical day:

Voice of Customer (VoC) Program Leadership



  • Serve as the primary owner of the client satisfaction and NPS (Net Promoter Score) program, overseeing day-to-day execution and continuous improvement.
  • Works directly with business units and department leaders to create and execute research studies that impact business strategies.
  • Manages the enterprise's client insight panel, ensuring consistent engagement and a steady flow of high-quality client feedback.
  • Utilizesexpertisein survey programming, execution, and dashboard creation, sharing guidance and best practices with team members on the use of related tools and platforms.


Strategic Research and Market Insights



  • Conducts secondary research and competitive intelligence to understand industry trends, customer dynamics, and market shifts.
  • Supports market sizing, segmentation, and white space identification exercises.


Project Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration



  • Develops high-quality visuals, charts, and supporting slides for strategic presentations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Participates in team problem-solving sessions, stakeholder interviews, and working meetings in order to advance project outcomes.
  • Supports project planning, documentation, and knowledge capture activities.


The skills and experience we prefer you have:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, statistics, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience using Qualtrics for survey programming, distribution, panel management, reporting, dashboard creation, andinsightsanalysis.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting market research, analysis, and presenting findings in a structured, professional format.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills withdemonstratedability to deliver high-quality,accuratework within deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who engages constructively with stakeholders while also working independently to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset and actively seeks feedback and builds new skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and experience with or willingness to learn tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or AI-enabled analytics.

The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
