We're looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing Insights & Analytics to be a central force in shaping how we measure and optimize marketing strategy and investment. You'll sit at the intersection of data science, media strategy, and business storytelling - translating complex measurement systems into decisions that move the needle. This is a high-impact role for a sharp, curious analyst who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can communicate with equal fluency to data scientists and media executives.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support marketing insights, reporting, and analytics to optimize investment decisions across brands and channels.

  • Maintain cross-channel marketing databases and collaborate with data engineering and data science teams on internal marketing mix modeling (MMM) build-out.

  • Translate predictive models and simulations into actionable marketing strategy recommendations.

  • Conduct marketing experiment design, execution, and analysis across channels.

  • Conduct internal marketing analyses including monthly reporting and synthesis of actionable insights from statistical models.

  • Manage relationships with external media and measurement vendors and review deliverables for quality and accuracy.

  • Provide measurement and analysis support to internal marketing, research and strategy teams across brand and performance functions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 5+ years in marketing analytics with hands-on experience in quantitative analysis; bachelor's degree in marketing analytics, statistics, data science, or a related field.

  • Cross-channel marketing measurement experience spanning TV, digital, programmatic, social, and OOH.

  • Working knowledge of statistical testing, marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and incrementality testing.

  • Experience working with 3rd party measurement vendors and their products.

  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to present insights to senior and executive audiences.

  • Proficiency in Tableau and data visualization best practices.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Hands-on comfort using AI tools as part of day-to-day work.

  • Ability to communicate statistical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.

  • Background in entertainment, media, or consumer industries.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $100,000.00-115,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
