We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join a pivotal team focused on revolutionizing supply chain planning. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing a cutting-edge, centralized planning system, directly replacing legacy, manual processes. Your expertise will unify diverse data sources, streamline operations, and ensure the efficient execution of critical projects. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, resolve blockers swiftly, and guarantee the on-time delivery of key milestones, making a tangible impact on the company's strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

* Interface with clients on technical and project matters from initiation through delivery.

* Develop and maintain program/project schedules and status reports.

* Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents to guide decision-making for product, service, and project implementation.

* Provide technical and analytical information to product teams as required.

* Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

* Manage and/or oversee project execution to ensure successful outcomes.

* Contribute to capital expenditure simplification initiatives, optimizing resource allocation and project efficiency.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated experience in program or project management.

* Proven ability to drive cross-functional accountability and resolve project blockers quickly.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and concise approach.

* Strong follow-through and commitment to project success.

* Experience with implementing large-scale systems.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Strong background in supply chain operations.

* Prior experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or integrated business planning (IBP) systems.

* Previous experience working with large technology organizations.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
