Manager, Virtual Nursing Hours: 8-4:30 with call every 4 weeks 5pm-7amm Newark, DE (Avenue North) ChristianaCare Hospital is currently seeking a Manager for its Virtual Nursing Hospital at Home Program. The Manager of Virtual Nursing will oversee all operational aspects of the Center for Virtual Health under the direction of the Director of Operations. This role includes 24-hour responsibility and accountability for daily operational activities, which encompass managing caregivers, budgeting, implementing policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), as well as ensuring quality patient care. SCOPE, PURPOSE, AND FREQUENCY OF CONTACTS: Daily contact with CVH caregivers, patients, family members, medical/dental staff, volunteers and students. Contact at various time intervals with community agencies and companies, media and other healthcare organizations as well as the general public DIRECTION/SUPERVISION OF OTHERS: Direct supervisor for RNs Provides directions to Paramedics, Contract Staff, Providers as needed. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Available upon request. WORKING CONDITIONS: Pleasant office environment. Annual Compensation Range $100,152.00 - $160,243.20 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
