As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in creating new opportunities, building relationships with enterprise organizations and accelerating growth for Global Payments. Your work will open doors to some of the most recognized brands across Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Fast Casual, Sports & Entertainment and Food Service Management industries.

You'll join a high-energy team focused on innovation, collaboration and results. Working closely with Enterprise Account Executives, Marketing and industry experts, you'll gain exposure to complex enterprise sales strategies while developing the skills and experience needed to grow your career within a global technology leader.

In this role, you'll drive the early stages of the enterprise sales journey by identifying new opportunities, uncovering business challenges and connecting organizations with solutions that transform operations and guest experiences. You'll influence pipeline growth, create meaningful business conversations and help shape the future of commerce through technology that powers modern dining and hospitality experiences.

• Create new business opportunities by identifying, engaging and qualifying enterprise organizations across key growth markets, expanding Global Payments' reach and influence.
• Drive pipeline growth through personalized outreach strategies that connect client challenges with innovative technology solutions.
• Uncover business needs through thoughtful discovery conversations that reveal operational goals, technology priorities and transformation opportunities.
• Influence strategic account growth by identifying decision-makers, understanding buying processes and creating momentum within complex organizations.
• Build high-value opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives by delivering qualified meetings that align with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Shape market strategy by sharing insights on industry trends, competitive activity and client challenges that influence future sales and marketing initiatives.
• Strengthen account-based engagement by partnering across sales and marketing teams to create targeted outreach strategies that increase conversion and pipeline performance.
• Use data, technology and market intelligence to improve prospect engagement, optimize outreach effectiveness and accelerate business growth.

• 1 to 3+ years of Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) experience, preferably within Software as a Service (SaaS), enterprise technology or hospitality technology environments.
• Experience engaging multiple stakeholders and navigating complex business environments to create new opportunities.
• Strong discovery, communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to create meaningful business conversations.
• Ability to clearly communicate value around operational efficiency, digital transformation and customer experience improvements.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of outreach while maintaining a personalized approach.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and sales engagement tools to drive pipeline growth and business outcomes.
• A self-driven, resilient mindset with a passion for learning, continuous improvement and achieving measurable results.
