Job Summary: The Principal Engineer, EMC is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) engineering activities across new product development and sustaining programs. This role serves as a subject matter expert providing technical leadership, design guidance, risk mitigation, and compliance expertise to ensure products meet global EMC and safety requirements. The position partners closely with hardware, software, systems, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to influence product design decisions, resolve complex technical challenges, and support successful product commercialization. This role does not have direct people management responsibility but is expected to lead through expertise, collaboration, and technical influence. Compensation + Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200k plus benefits. Actual placement within this range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 15% annual bonus based on company, department, and individual performance.
