What You'll Do In this role, you will: * Review and reconcile accounts receivable and order entry issues to ensure accurate billing and timely payments * Investigate and resolve complex billing discrepancies, contracts, and pricing issues * Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Contracts, Customer Support, etc.) to resolve cases * Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners * Analyze contract terms, pricing structures, and purchase orders to ensure compliance * Make independent decisions to resolve billing exceptions and support efficient operations What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 2 years of experience in medical collections * Strong customer service and communication skills * Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred Skills: * Background in medical billing, accounts receivable, or healthcare billing * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Why Join Us? * Be part of a company focused on innovation and improving patient outcomes * Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment * Gain exposure to complex healthcare billing and operations If you have a Background in medical billing, collections, or healthcare support, and enjoy solving complex problems-this could be a great fit for you Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.03 - $21.03/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
