Join the HJF Team! HJF is seeking a Program Manager III to oversee a collection of related/integrated projects that together support a long-term research initiative. This position strategically guides one or more project managers and related technical staff to ensure they are all working effectively toward the program's stated objectives. Typically oversees moderate to highly complex scope of work. This position will be in support of the National Institute for Defense Health Cooperation (NIDHC), a center of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) in Bethesda, MD. The Program Manager III will support a portfolio of pre-crash care initiatives that focus on prevention and education activities. The incumbent will work closely with our stakeholders at the Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and multiple partners of the Military-Civilian Health Ecosystem. This position focuses on providing administrative project oversight in order to maximize the effective use of project resources. Specific tasks include coordination of subaward activities and progress monitoring, submission of yearly progress reviews, financial performance analysis, and coordination of collaborations between partners and stakeholders.
