Guhring Inc. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the key connection between our customers, sales team, production departments, and management-helping ensure every customer receives outstanding service and support. What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, fax, and website inquiries Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Provide pricing, delivery, and product information to customers Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within our systems Prepare reports, correspondence, and order confirmations What We're Looking For 1-3 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel SAP experience is a plus Ability to read and interpret order information and technical documents Why Join Guhring?
