What to Expect

We're scaling rapidly, expanding into new markets and transforming how customers experience order fulfillment, vehicle service, and collision repair. You will lead end-to-end technical programs across order-to-delivery, service workflows, and collision repair for both retail and enterprise B2B customers. This is a high-velocity, critical role where you will map complex processes, align competing priorities across multiple teams, and deliver scalable, reliable solutions that work in the real world. You will partner with Sales, Delivery, Service, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data, and IT to drive execution with clarity, speed, and impact. This is where technical rigor meets operational reality.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end programs across order-to-delivery, fulfillment, service, and collision repair, from concept to post-launch, for retail and enterprise customers, coordinating multiple operations and engineering teams across geographies
  • Own the full program lifecycle: define plans, timelines, manage scope and dependencies, risks, compliance and drive execution from alignment through rollout and support. Communicate cross-functional impacts early and ensure accountability
  • Map and optimize end-to-end business processes with operations teams, idetify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, based on real-world observations
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to build and maintain program plans, align on priorities, and balance competing demands from Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Engineering
  • Deliver clear, concise status reports to leadership, focused on insights, risks, and recommendations, tailored to executive, technical, and operational audiences. Present progress and trade-offs with confidence and impact
  • Serve as the central force for alignment across fast-moving teams, ensuring consistency, clarity, and momentum despite complexity

What You'll Bring
  • You bring 5-7 years of experience in program management, operations, or consulting, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical programs in fast-moving, high-velocity environments. You have deep domain expertise in order-to-delivery, fulfillment, service, or collision repair, ideally within automotive, mobility, logistics, or field service
  • You have a proven ability to work with multiple operations and engineering teams, managing dependencies, resolving conflicts, and maintaining alignment across silos. You possess exceptional soft skills, including clear and tailored communication, the ability to lead without authority, empathy for engineers and operations staff, and strong stakeholder management to build trust, manage expectations, and keep momentum
  • You have a bias for action and you're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, prioritizing ruthlessly, and driving progress even in ambiguity. You have strong tactical execution skills, consistently moving from planning to delivery, adaptation, and results
  • You have excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, turning complex data into clear narratives that drive decisions. You have experience with status reporting, leadership communication, and executive briefings, not just internal updates
  • Prior experience in automotive service, fleet operations, or technical operations is a strong plus
