Join us as a Human Resources Generalist Your main responsibilities
As Human Resources Generalist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional HR Services in support of Field Operations. You will provide HR support including employee relations support in alignment with our Schindler Elevator business strategy and talent development and management objectives. You'll have broad responsibility and accountability for delivering consultative HR support including performance management, employee/career development, talent acquisition/recruiting, compensation, benefits counseling, and general support to address employee relations and legal compliance issues. You will also work closely and collaboratively with the CoE HR teams; Total Rewards, (Compensation, Benefits and HRIS), Talent Acquisition, Organization Development/Talent Management, and Labor & Compliance Programs to ensure effective delivery of customer service and support to the business teams. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related curriculum is required; Master's Degree in Human Resources, an MBA, and/or the PHR/SPHR certification would be a plus. What's in it for you?
