The candidate will be responsible for managing field technicians in the day-to-day operations of elevator modernization projects, including hydraulic, gearless, and geared equipment. This role also includes active participation in field surveys for prospective modernization projects, as well as supporting the preparation of modernization proposals and bids. The individual must be able to define project scope, determine manpower requirements, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. A strong understanding of elevator equipment and parts is required, including the ability to identify and order the appropriate components for each project. Additional responsibilities include:

* Bachelor's degree preferred OR 3 years of technical experience in the elevator industry or related field. Base Salary $113,400 - $141,700 The above represents the typicalsalaryrange for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities.
