MOTLOW STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE is accepting applications for the following position: Digital and Web Content Manager Campus: Moore County Position number: B99775 Salary: $55,470 to $58,470 Motlow State is located in the beautiful rolling hills of middle Tennessee and has four campuses that serve students from eleven counties. Motlow positions are contingent upon funding availability and budget approval. General Function: Oversees the development, design, and daily maintenance of the college's website and digital presence to ensure a dynamic, accessible, and user-friendly experience. Working within the Marketing and Communications division, this position serves as the primary technical and creative resource for online communications, ensuring consistent branding, accessibility, and compliance across all web content. Partners with departments across campuses to enhance the college's digital visibility, support recruitment and retention goals, and maintain compliance with ADA, WCAG, and institutional standards. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, Digital Communications, or related field and at least two (2) years of experience designing and maintaining websites or digital platforms including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, content management systems, and accessibility standards. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Web Development, Web Design, Computer Science, Communications, Information Technology, or related field and three years of experience in higher education, marketing, or public information environments.
