As an Associate Project Manager, you will partner with the Project Manager to manage customer relationships for elevator and escalator services while supporting oversight of code compliance requirements mandated by local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), including Department of Buildings inspections, testing, and violation remediation for your assigned jurisdiction either within NY or CA. This role contributes to area objectives by ensuring timely scheduling of inspections, coordinating corrective actions, and maintaining compliance documentation for either NY or CA. You will track and report on key performance indicators such as confirmation of periodic safety inspections, resolution of non-conformances, and adherence to regulatory deadlines, helping deliver safe, reliable, and compliant service to customers. * Associate or bachelor's degree or relevant work experience OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Base Salary $90,300 - $112,900 The above represents the typicalsalaryrange for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities.
