Summary:

The Business Analyst upholds, defends, coaches, & mentors customers & teams on sound agile practices & values.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • They are responsible for eliciting & documenting user requirements & user stories in real time in an Agile/ DevOps environment.
  • They are responsible for establishing the minimum viable product, grooming the backlog, & change management.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge/EXP w/ successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, & Automated Testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • AA/AS Degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university and 4+ Yrs of EXP -or- Substitute 7+ Yrs of related EXP.
  • Training, Certifications, EXP, & Clearance Requirements:
  • IAT Level I (A+ CE, CCNA Security, Network+ CE, & SSCP) Certification, & applicable CE/OS Certification & Product Owner certification.
  • 4+ Yrs of successful agile planning/facilitating complete lifecycle of large-scale projects, w/ competing availability/priorities/multiple stakeholders.
  • 4 Yrs' EXP eliciting & documenting user requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Secret Clearance

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $110,258.40 to $124,040.70 annually.
