MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Experience: Experience in education program design and evaluation required. Knowledge and experience in adult education principles required. Evidence of excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required. Five (5) years of clinical nursing experience in a patient care setting preferred. Three years of experience with orientation and education of staff in a clinical setting preferred. Licensure: Must be a registered nurse and currently licensed to practice in the State of Virginia.
