Provides essential non-direct patient care and operational support services throughout the Health System to promote safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Assists with patient transport, room turnover, supply management, equipment readiness, and administrative support while collaborating closely with clinical and operational teams to maintain workflow efficiency and an exceptional patient experience. What You'll DoThe Clinical Support Assistant performs a variety of routine clinical support, patient flow, and operational duties within the Health System. This role supports perioperative and clinical teams by assisting with patient transport, maintaining clean and safe patient care environments, monitoring supplies and equipment, and providing administrative support as needed. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires sitting/standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping/traveling and reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive).Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 25-50lbs. Working in environment with fumes, chemicals, vibrations, heat, noise, blood/body fluids and infectious disease. The starting base rate for this role is $16.31 hourly.
