The Opportunity This position is ideal for a highly organized, thoughtful professional who enjoys being the steady force behind complex operations. Reporting to the Administrative Operations Manager, the Administrative Generalist serves as a trusted partner to military leadership, faculty, staff, and students-anticipating needs, managing details, and ensuring that day to day operations run seamlessly. Rather than focusing narrowly on one function, this role offers variety and visibility, blending administrative, operational, financial, and communication responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and related experience in lieu of a degree required. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience required. Physical Demands This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
