The Business Process Management team in Supply Chain is seeking a BPM Analyst to lead end-to-end process and system documentation and improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for collaborating across functional domains to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and translate maturity gaps into prioritized remediation roadmaps. Partnering with stakeholders, the analyst uses defined project scope and success criteria to ensure scalable deliverables. The BPM Analyst balances strategic thinking with hands-on data analysis, workflow development, and the creation of comprehensive project deliverables, including process workflows, standard operating procedures, and other process documents. Whether directly developing solutions or partnering with technical implementers, this role ensures the successful fulfillment of business requirements and operational reliability. Responsibilities:
