Job Summary
The Automation & Scheduling Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of enterprise automation processes. This position is ideal for early-career IT professionals who are eager to build hands-on experience in production operations, problem-solving, and workflow orchestration within a dynamic, 24x7 environment. Working with a collaborative team of IT professionals, this role focuses on monitoring and improving automated workloads, supporting production systems, and developing a strong foundation in enterprise operations. The position offers the opportunity to grow technical skills, gain exposure to critical business systems, and contribute to meaningful operational improvements. This is a hybrid role based in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA), with the expectation to be onsite one to two days per week. Primary Duties

#LI-EK1 The US base salary range for this full-time position is $68,700.00 to $100,000.00. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate. As a Dorman US contributor, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid time off (sick/vacation), and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and paid time off starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date.
