The Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) is the strategic leader responsible for driving top-line revenue, maximizing profitability, and elevating the property's market share. This role oversees all sales and marketing initiatives for the full-service property, including group, transient, catering, and banquet sales. The DOSM will lead the sales team, foster strong client relationships, manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and ensure brand positioning aligns with the property's financial objectives. Bachelors of Business Administration (required)
Experience
5 years: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive hotel sales experience, with at least 3 years in a Director-level capacity within a full-service hotel environment. (required)
