Aquent is partnering with a leading organization in the healthcare sector, renowned for its commitment to improving the consumer and patient experience through innovative solutions. This organization is at the forefront of leveraging technology to enhance healthcare delivery, focusing on creating robust platforms that serve critical segments of the market. Join a team dedicated to making a tangible difference in people's lives, where your work directly contributes to advancing healthcare accessibility and quality.

Are you ready to make a profound impact at the intersection of technology and healthcare? Aquent is thrilled to present an extraordinary opportunity for an autonomous and highly driven individual to step into a pivotal role. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you won't just manage products; you'll be the architect of change, spearheading the entire lifecycle of a critical clinical platform that directly serves a vital segment of the healthcare market. Imagine leading cross-functional teams, navigating complex technical landscapes, and translating real-world clinical needs into groundbreaking, customer-ready data products. This is your chance to operate with significant influence, shaping departmental strategy and delivering solutions that genuinely improve patient care. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding innovation from discovery to delivery, ensuring every product is stable, compliant, and optimized for clinical excellence!

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide cross-functional project and engineering teams from design to delivery, ensuring products are stable, compliant, and optimized for clinical and customer use.
  • Investigate architectural facts, define product requirements, and design solutions during the planning phases, influencing long-term departmental product strategies based on market trends and technical viability.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch, recommend schedule or feature adjustments based on technical constraints, and provide accurate, milestone-based status updates to executive leadership.
  • Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, identify product gaps, and engage deeply with customers and clinicians to translate complex market needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • Masterfully navigate and manage the product lifecycle using enterprise tracking software, specifically Azure DevOps and Jira Align.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of dedicated technical experience in product management, program management, or technical system architecture.
  • Direct, hands-on experience working with clinical platforms, healthcare electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), clinical data pipelines, or health management software.
  • Proven track record working with or supporting implementations involving third-party SaaS vendors within an enterprise framework.
  • Demonstrated capability to make complex technical decisions independently, establishing your own objectives and executing work effectively without day-to-day direction.
  • A genuine passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving the healthcare consumer and patient experience.

Preferred Attributes

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between highly technical engineering teams and non-technical healthcare executives.
  • A proven "plug-and-play" professional who can hit the ground running, digest complex data variables quickly, and thrive in an ambiguous environment.

Compensation

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.75 to $58.62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
