The Land Development Business Unit is seeking a Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) in Portland or Bend, OR. Our group works in the areas of commercial, industrial and residential land development, multi-use and infill development, parks, trails, and open space development, and urban planning and design for municipal, public works and private development clients.
