We are seeking a Research Assistant who will assist with the activities of a research study at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in the Bigos Laboratory. The Research Assistant will provide support for the clinical trial Multimodal Brain Imaging of the Neural Effects of Methylphenidate in Patients with ADHD (NCT04781972), funded by the NIMH R01MH133453. The goal of this study is to develop brain imaging tools to measure the effects of methylphenidate in children and adolescents with ADHD. Specifically, we will correlate brain activity during cognitive tasks and brain chemistry with cognitive performance. These measures could then be used to develop novel drugs to treat ADHD in children and adolescents. The Research Assistant oversees data collection, data organization, and/or data management or similar functions/tasks for research study(ies) in support of a Pl or a research team.
