MTSI is seeking a
Intelligence Analyst - All Sourcewho will provide expertise on current and future foreign systems, capabilities, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
- Enhance the development of software tools to Find-Fix-Track ground-based weapons systems using Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities and TTPs
- Integrate with software end users at service and joint units to inform improvements to the automated system
- Collect, analyze, and exploit data from all available sources to evaluate performance of the system and identify required adjustments
- Author comprehensive assessments detailing the results from any analysis
- Develop knowledge of the systems and processes (such as Object Management Systems and Object-Based Production) used by the supported community
- Work alongside software development teams to provide in-depth target knowledge informing development throughout the DevSecOps cycle
Required:
- 15+ years of related experience experience
- Execution of the F2T2EA cycle in a command center or fires cell
- Knowledge of the F2T technologies and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures relevant to modern warfighting and advanced, mobile systems
- Familiarity with the Air Operations Center and Air Tasking Order processes from an intelligence perspective
- Pattern of Life (PoL) and Target Signature development and evaluation
- Work within an Object-Based Production process and an Object Management System
- Work with (or leading) software development efforts to automate portions of the F2T cycle
- Integration with Intelligence Community (Title 10 / Title 50 partnerships)
- Familiarity with multiple Object Management Systems (IC and DoD)
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
Clearance Requirements:
- Current/active Top Secret/SCI; Current or recent DoD SAP access
- Subject to a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
