  • Collaborate with CMAs to develop and refine diagnostic approaches, ensuring consistent and high-quality analysis across the team.
  • Serve as a first point of escalation for CMA questions related to platform functionality, tooling, or process ambiguity.

Cat Foresight Platform Management

Customer Engagement & Fleet Program Consultation

  • Consult with CMAs on customer fleet health reviews, helping translate condition monitoring data into actionable recommendations for customers.
  • Support CMAs in preparing customer-facing materials, enrollment communications, and platform onboarding guidance.
  • Assist CMAs in identifying opportunities to expand fleet coverage or deepen customer engagement with condition monitoring programs.
  • Participate in customer-facing interactions alongside CMAs when technical platform expertise or program consultation is required.

Reporting, Analytics & Data Management

  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that give CMAs and leadership visibility into fleet enrollment status, platform utilization, and team workload.
  • Analyze CMA performance data and condition monitoring metrics to surface insights that drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the Fleet Performance Manager with ad hoc analysis, data pulls, and strategic reporting needs.
  • Ensure data integrity across all condition monitoring systems; identify and resolve discrepancies in coordination with CMAs and vendors.

Training, Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process guides, and reference materials that equip CMAs to perform their roles efficiently and consistently.
  • Lead or facilitate onboarding for new CMAs, ensuring they are prepared with platform access, tooling, and operational context.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the CMA team and proactively create or source training resources to address them.
  • Maintain a living knowledge base of condition monitoring best practices, platform updates, and lessons learned.

Vendor & Internal Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CMA team and Caterpillar or third-party vendors on platform issues, tooling needs, and service escalations.
  • Track open support tickets and platform defects; communicate status and resolution timelines to affected CMAs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (IT, Finance, Sales) to align workflows, resolve cross-functional issues, and support CMA operational needs.
  • Represent CMA team interests in vendor discussions and internal planning conversations, advocating for tools and processes that enhance team effectiveness.

Administrative Oversight

  • Manage SIS (Service Information System) and ET (Electronic Technician) license activations and renewals, ensuring uninterrupted CMA tool access.
