Cyber Sawyer (CL3)

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Cyber Saw to accurately cut rough lumber into individual truss components according to engineered shop drawings and production specifications. Ensures materials are cut within established production timelines while maintaining quality standards for roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels. Performs routine equipment checks, maintains a clean and safe work area, and follows all company safety policies and procedures.

Read and understand shop drawings.

Operate saw at 100% efficiency.

Perform periodic maintenance on equipment.

Optimize material use for cost savings.

Train stackers.

Able to read and write in their primary language.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Able to lift 50 pounds.

Basic math skills

Successful completion of Safety Training, Sawyer Training and Testing.
