Location: Maple Lake, MN

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM | Monday - Friday

Step into a Inventory Control Clerk role in Maple Lake where precision matters and pride runs deep. You'll spot the flaws, fix the flow, and make sure every product leaves the line ready to roll.

The Skills You Need

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory control experience
• Proven experience with inventory management in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Proficiency with MRP, WMS, or similar inventory management systems required
• Experience with warehouse scanning equipment, including setup and troubleshooting
• Strong computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety and operational excellence
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

A Day Keeping Quality Tight

• Manage and monitor inventory levels, production reporting, and inventory transactions within IQMS
• Ensure accurate production scanning and promptly investigate and correct missed or inaccurate scans
• Identify root causes of inventory and production discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Conduct routine inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to resolve reporting and inventory issues
• Analyze inventory data and production records to support operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and system records
• Assist in developing and improving inventory control procedures and best practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and production reporting
