Own the end-to-end assembly and validation of complex semiconductor equipment and subassembly components, ensuring each system meets specification, tolerance, and performance requirements
Lead high-complexity builds, coordinating sequencing, resource allocation, and execution to maintain quality and production schedules
Diagnose, test, and resolve assembly and system-level issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions that improve build consistency
Solder, run electrical wiring, and check connections and continuity.
Validate system readiness through functional testing, inspection, and quality verification prior to integration and customer shipment
Interpret engineering documentation and translate it into executable build plans, identifying gaps and driving alignment with engineering teams
Drive quality by identifying non-conforming components or workmanship issues and ensuring timely resolution with cross-functional partners
Monitor operation including gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure the machines are working properly.
Mentor junior assemblers, elevating team capability through hands-on training and reinforcement of standardized build and test practices
