We're looking for a Director of Training & Development to lead the strategy, design, and execution of learning and leadership development programs that support our continued growth.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building impactful development programs while remaining closely connected to the work. You'll partner with leaders across the organization, coach and develop employees, create engaging learning experiences, and help shape the future of our training and leadership development efforts.As a key member of our Human Resources team, you'll have the opportunity to influence employee growth, leadership readiness, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness across the company. Base Compensation Range: $125,000-$140,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
