The Role: We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results-driven Manager of Advocacy & Influence (A&I) to elevate our professional and consumer engagement programs. In this role, you will lead the strategic orchestration of our professional hairstylist ambassador relationships, nurture strong organic bonds with beauty industry influencers, and drive high-impact social and advocacy campaigns. The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in social culture (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), is passionate about the professional hair industry, and knows how to blend data-driven influencer strategies with highly creative storytelling.
