THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

JOB TITLE: Senior Lead Integrator / Lead Integrator Specialist

LOCATION: Aiken, SC

JOB CATEGORY: Full-Time

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Energy (DoE) security clearance.

COMPENSATION: At Patrona Corporation, salaries are determined by various factors, including location, an individual's unique combination of education, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational needs. The salary range or hourly rate provided reflects the typical range for this position and represents just one part of Patrona Corporation's comprehensive total compensation package.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience with DOE.
  • PMP certification.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides senior-level business advice to federal staff.
  • Leads the federal budget process and integrated lifecycle estimate (ILCE) updates to ensure all deliverables, including but not limited to project execution plans, critical decision packages, acquisition strategies, Mission Program presentations, schedules, cost estimates, budget estimates, time phased data/spend plans compliant with DOE Order 413.3B, assist in document preparation, and task/organize Senior EM Program assignments to completion.
  • Uses expert knowledge in DOE Orders and processes to help resolve issues and concerns with regards to reporting.
  • Provides oversight of the prime contractors' EVMS and risk processes.
  • Backfills for analysts when required (either for peak workloads or for planned and unplanned absences).
  • Responsible for the change control process.

  • Technical and business writing skills.
  • Able to conduct presentations in a manner which engages the audience that promotes understanding and retaining of the message.
  • Innovative and able to generate and consider alternative strategies or approaches to work problems and opportunities.
  • Basic computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, electronic presentations, and project management tools.
