Job Description We are seeking a detail oriented and service-drivenAdministrative Assistantto join our team. In thisrole you will support a growing group of 80+ investment bankers - by managing their expense reports,providing phone support, coordinating travel, and offering responsive, thoughtful support that makes theirdays easier. The ideal candidate thrives on supporting others, maintains professionalism under pressure,consistently goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service, and brings a proactive approach toan ever-evolving service and industry. Additional Information The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $17.74-24.47/hour. Starting pay decisionsare determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications,skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other businessneeds. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending onthe role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also includeovertime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
